Our objective is to make your return request easy, quick, and complete.

For United States order refunds, the product will have been received defective or the product was in a damaged condition at the time of delivery.  If defective and/or damaged, please contact us by using the Contact Us page located on standfastus.com. We will respond to your request within the same working business day. We may request a picture be taken and submitted after the initial contact.

Products that are not received defective, were not in a damaged condition at the time of delivery, and that have been engraved or uniquely customized (an exclusive ordered configuration) are not eligible for return.

Approved for return and refund product(s) will be sent a free shipping label to return the product back to StandFastUS LLC.

After we receive the returned product, our team of professionals will process your refund. The product purchase price, any applicable taxes, and shipping cost will be refunded to the original payment method you used during the purchase process. Please note that it may take up to 3+ business days for the refund to show up on your account or credit card statement.
